Mixed Media Design and Poster

Find Your Giant is a project in which the task was to create a poster design using both traditional and digital processes highlight an influential figure. I started with hand cut stencils of Kacey Musgraves’s image and recreated the portrait multiple times with vine charcoal, india ink, and paint. I then scanned them into the computer, digitally manipulated them as needed, and added digital layers with copies of hand-written lyrics. After finishing the poster design, I also created multiple promotional products also incorporating my design.
