Hello, I’m Katie...

...a multidisciplinary designer from Kentucky, but currently based in South Carolina. I specialize in branding, print, layout, illustration and design for apparel. Art and design have always been something that has interested me since I was a child, but I did not explore deeply until college. I always found outlets to be creative growing up; from upcycling clothing I would find at the thrift store to drawing on my walls (sorry Mom!) to filling up sketchbook after sketchbook with ideas and doodles. My interests flowed from one medium to another, never quite settling in one place, until I took my first design class. It felt like I had finally found my place. This flow of one idea leading to the next has translated into my creative process as a designer. It has allowed me to never become stagnant on one concept, but curious of the next and how it can relate to the present idea. I have been so lucky to find a field that allows me to be passionate and always remain curious.
